Delivery
- UK delivery: postage and packing is £20 per order, whatever you order. Orders arrive in 3 to 5 working days.
- Orders are dispatched on working days (not weekends or bank holidays).
- We deliver to UK addresses only.
- Schools paying by invoice: we post the ropes as soon as the invoice is paid.
- Every skipping rope set comes with a voucher for free delivery on your next order.
Changed your mind?
If you are a consumer, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us by email within that time, then return the items within a further 14 days, unused and in their original packaging. We will refund the price of the goods and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving them back. You pay the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
Faulty or wrong items
If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery, and after that to a repair or replacement, or in some cases a refund.
