These terms apply to orders placed on skip-hop.co.uk with skip-hop, a trading name of Scott Robert-Shaw, 9 Larkspur Way, Dorking, RH5 4TS. Email: info@skip-hop.co.uk.
Ordering
When you place an order we will email to confirm we have received it. A contract is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. Product images are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. skip-hop is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged: the price shown is the full price you pay, plus any delivery charge. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. You can pay by card and other methods shown at checkout. If we have made an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch.
Schools and purchase orders
Schools signed in with a free school account can choose Pay by invoice in the basket and add their purchase order number. Invoices are payable within 30 days, by bank transfer or card, and we post the ropes once the invoice is paid. For anything else, email info@skip-hop.co.uk.

Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
