Tarzan's Underwear
Tarzan, Tarzan, in the air, / Tarzan lost his underwear…
Tarzan, Tarzan, in the air,
Tarzan lost his underwear,
Tarzan say, “Me no care,
Jane make me another pair.”
Jane, Jane, in the air,
Jane lost her underwear,
Jane say, “Me no care,
Cheetah make me another pair.”
Cheetah, Cheetah, in the air,
Cheetah lost his underwear.
Cheetah say “Me no care,
Cheetah need no underwear!”
This is one of the rude and disgusting rhymes children have always loved. We keep every rhyme exactly as children sang it.
Where this rhyme comes from

Tarzan first appeared in 1912. Jane and the chimp Cheeta come from the Johnny Weissmuller films (from 1932), and 'Me no care' copies their film-speak. We haven't found a dated record of it yet.
