How it works
Lift the knee to waist height as for a can can, then kick the leg out to the side without the foot touching the floor. Your legs are doing breaststroke.
skip-hop tipIt's a small kick. Don't overstretch.

- TaskA small kick. Don’t overstretch.
- PeopleHold a partner’s hand without the rope first.
